Trans-Caspian gas pipeline construction along the seabed is only possible upon the consent of all littoral states, Trend reports quoting Kasimzhomart Tokayev, Kazakh Foreign Minister.
"Despite the overall attractiveness of this project, it is quite complicated from technical point of view, especially since it should be laid along the seabed, which requires the consent of all littoral states", - Tokayev said in his interview to Interfax-Kazakhstan Friday in Berlin, where he was making an official visit to.
Tokayev said the project execution should be preceded by mutual convention on the legal status of the sea.
