ExxonMobil Company has announced its the cancellation of the company's head office in Azerbaijan, Exxon Azerbaijan Operating Company, with effect from 19 December 2006.
Any appeals and complaints will be acknowledged within 60 days, Trend reports.
Furthermore, the company will also close down its Azerbaijani representation, Exxon Exploration and Production Azerbaijan Limited, with effect from 19 December 2006.
On 22 November the Company's branch in Azerbaijan Mobil Assent Investments Limited and Exxon Exploration and Production Caspian Sea Limited will also terminate its activities in Azerbaijan.
