At present Azerbaijan and Georgia are carrying out mutual energy exchange on a daily basis. Marlen Asgarov, Vice-President of Azerenerji JSC informed Trend that Georgia is delivering and receiving approximately 90 вЂ" 100 MW of electricity.
Georgia has completed paying its electric power debt to Azerbaijan.
The Georgian State Electric Power System Company is managed by Ireland's ESBI.
Georgia had an electric debt to Azerbaijan at about 13 mln. KWatt/ hour of electric power.
