Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr U. Ismayilova / US Nexand company has completed development of expanded business plan on construction of a new oil terminal in Azerbaijani Garadagh region, deputy executive director of the Azerbaijani Investment Company (AIC), Riad Gasymov, said to journalists on 6 June.
Analysis of the business plan will be discussed within next 10 days. The volume of the terminal will make up 200,000 cu m at the first stage, with extension capacity up to 600,000 cu m. Shipment capacity will comprise 25mln tons per year, transportation capacity 50mln tons per year. The terminal will be linked to Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (ВТС) oil pipeline and transport up to 30mln tons of oil per year to the pipeline.
The terminal will be situated 4km of the BP operating Sangachal terminal.
