The Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan has launched a Telegram-bot to support exporters, Trend reports with reference to the press service of the ministry.
The main goal of this innovation isrender practical assistance to the exporters in returning the amount of the excess on the value added tax resulting from the application of a zero rate.
The bot will remind of the procedure for submitting an application for a refund, provide information on the list of required documents and tell how the refund procedure will be carried out. To apply for the refund, the exporter needs to send and confirm the tax identification number, as well as company information.
