Iran and Venezuela are seeking to trade by cryptocurrency and gold, former ambassador of Iran in Venezuela told Trend in an interview.
There is various solution predicted in the 20-year cooperation accord for financial transaction between the two countries including cryptocurrency, gold ingot, Ahmad Sobhani noted.
Dealing with the national currencies of the two countries is also another possible solution so the trade would not be affected by the foreign exchange rates.
Gas, oil, gas condensates, and related industries are part of the Iran and Venezuela cooperation pact. Iran can aid Venezuela in the construction of petrochemical plants, refineries, and oil extraction.
Venezuela has the largest heavy crude oil reserves in the world and Iranian countries are experts in supplying oil reservoirs.
The two countries have recently by combining heavy oil from Venezuela with gas condensates from Iran produced new products.
Iran plans to produce agricultural products in Venezuela since there are large unused lands considering water sources in this country.
Iran has exported engineering services to Venezuela and upgraded refineries in this country that will be expanded in the future.
Iran and Venezuela to sign a 20-year cooperation accord during Nicolas Maduro’s visit to Tehran in the coming months.
