BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 12. An auction for the placement of bonds of the Azerbaijan’s International non-bank credit organization (NBCO) will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 14, Trend reports citing the BSE.
Totally, 2,000 bonds of the NBCO with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.2) each with a circulation period of two years and a yield of 14 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is Az Finance CJSC.
On March 11, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the BSE, the bonds of International NBCO with a total value of two million manat ($1.18 million) were included in the listing of the standard market segment.
