BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 26. Bank VTB Azerbaijan completed the second quarter of 2022 with a net profit of 6.2 million manat ($3.6 million), Trend reports via the bank's financial report.
According to the report, the bank's net interest profit amounted to 8.38 million manat ($4.93 million), formed of interest revenues of 12.4 million manat, or $7.3 million (growth of 63.49 percent) and interest expenses of 3.7 million manat ($2.18 million).
The bank's non-interest revenues totaled 8.02 million manat, or $4.72 million (growth of 2.29 times), while its non-interest expenses reached 15.3 million manat ($9 million).
The deduction of the bank’s targeted reserves to ensure possible losses amounted to 5.16 million manat ($3.04 million).
Profit before tax and contingency related to the banking activities made up 6.2 million manat ($3.6 million).
