BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 14. Surplus fixed in the state budget of Azerbaijan from the beginning of 2022, Trend reports via the bulletin of the State Statistics Committee.
According to the committee, the revenues of the Azerbaijani state budget exceeded 20.18 billion manat ($11.87 billion) from January through August 2022, which is 26.6 percent more than in the same period last year.
Expenditures on the state budget reached 18.1 billion manat ($10.6 billion), which is 16.2 percent higher than from January through August 2021.
The state budget generated a surplus in the amount of 2.03 billion manat ($1.19 billion) as of late August 2022.
The nominal GDP of Azerbaijan amounted to 84.88 billion manat ($49.93 billion) in the specified period.
