Azerbaijan, Baku, 1 May / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / Farid Ismayilzade, Head of Silverkey company representative in Azerbaijan, stated that the one account portal would be created in Azerbaijan to implement the project on 'Electron trade' of the Communication and IT Ministry. Silverkey is the consultant of the project.
"It will be one window project to implement all communal and bank payments, which serve to save the time of the subscriber," Ismayilzade stated. However, he did not provide details of the implementation terms of the project.
Currently interest is shown in the electron trade in Azerbaijan, Ismayilzade stated.
"We have held negotiations with many business-founders and companies which have shown interest in the project," Ismayilzade stated.
There are problems in the development of e-trade in the country which is caused by a lack of knowledge in the sphere of electron trade, lack of top IT specialists, weak legislation base and expensive internet services.
The e-trade turnover in the country may exceed $300mln.
'Electron trade' includes financial operations and deals, carried out through the Internet and private networks.
