The Azerbaijani company QRM Management introduced Sinta scratch cards (SNT) to market for making rates on online auctions, the company said.
SNT scratch card are analogous to cash and electronic purse. At present, the company submitted scratch cards in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 manat.
According to the company, the Scandinavian Internet auction is an online auction, where the exhibited products are sold at low prices. The starting price for bidding for all goods does not exceed one manat. Trades are conducted with a fixed predetermined step increase in the price, which does not exceed 0.02 manat. Each click is paid. Treaty of the public offer regulates legally relations between the bidder and the project.
