Russian iSolutions Company has introduced industry decision iSolutions-Trade and Distribution for automation of ALMALI stores, the iSolutions company reported
iSolutions decision is a pre-configured ERP by Microsoft Dynamics AX system, which in addition to the standard functional implemented special management tools to automate all trading processes of the company on wholesale orders to sales in stores.
The first of 42 ALMALI stores was automated under the pilot project. The company built centralized system planning good supply to the store. Unified information environment will improve the quality of operations, to implement a more effective loyalty system, reduce losses and overhead expenses, as well as to unify the management of IT-service
iSolutions decision-Commerce and Distribution allows accounting of all 42 stores across all existing categories, as well as to monitor the presence of residual product in the store, the amount of goods during transit, the average daily sale of goods in the store, the minimum and maximum amount of goods quantitatively and by days and time of goods delivery in the context of suppliers
The system automatically calculates the number and date of delivery for each store on the basis of listed information. The system generates a task for purchase of necessary goods from suppliers and their transfer to the store from distribution center
The company has also implemented the system integration with available equipment in the store (data collection by terminals and label printers)
At present, iSolutions specialists provide technical support of the system, which in subsequent phases will be expanded to other ALMALI stores
