Central Bank of Azerbaijan introduces EMC Corporation's software solutions, Sinam Company said.
Azerbaijan IT-company Sinam is integrator of EMC solutions and conducts operations on the introducing the Corporation's software solutions in the Central Bank. The company introduces EMC Documentum Webtop system and EMC Documentum eRoom Enterprise platform in the CBA.
EMC Documentum Webtop is an easy-to-use interface that provides access to the EMC Documentum repository and content management services within a standard browser application. It provides easy access to core EMC Documentum content services including security, version control, content lifecycles, workflows, categorization, and search.
EMC Documentum eRoom Enterprise is an enterprise platform that combines the tools found in Documentum eRoom with content management capabilities. With eRoom Enterprise collaboration software, people from different organizations and different time zones can work together on projects, programs, and processes while managing the content that is generated.
Sinam intends also to introduce EMC Captiva InputAccel, which enables you to capture information from paper, electronic files, and data sources, whether it is centralized or distributed-transforming it into digital content, and delivering it into back-end systems and content repositories.
The Company also introduces EMC Documentum Reporting Services in the bank. This solution embeds Crystal Reports runtime into out-of-the-box reports, delivering reporting capabilities that help you better understand your EMC Documentum content. Reporting Services helps administrators to understand the type, size, and usage of content while enabling business users to view workflow status or lifecycle states of documents. Reporting Services supplies a copy of Crystal Reports Developer for creation of custom reports or modification of existing reports.
Today, the CBA also uses the solution EMC SourceOne Email Management for IBM Lotus Notes Domino for next-generation e-mail archiving solution that helps you reduce operational costs while enforcing e-mail record-keeping policies in compliance with internal governance as well as industry and government regulations.
