The Smart Systems Technology Company is working to develop an e-system for issuing loans for the Azerbaijani Agriculture Ministry's agricultural credit agencies, Marketing Manager Subhan Garagozov told Trend.
The project includes developing software to automate issuing loans.
"The project will cover about 40 structural units of agencies located in the regions. Today, the first stage of the project has already been completed, under which the principles of the agency were studied - specifically, the issuance of loans and other necessary nuances that must be taken into account during the automation. Work was also launched to create and integrate systems to allow us to finish the work by late May," he said.
The company is doing similar work for other Azerbaijani ministries. The Cabinet of Ministers has initiated the process.
A working group, the structure of the system, and the logical database were formed during the first phase of the project. The second phase, which involves programming the system, is close to completion. The system will be fully ready for trial operation by late February.
