President and CEO of TeliaSonera Lars Nyberg appealed to the country's President Nursultan Nazarbayev to assist in accelerating issuance of a licence to his company to introduce 4G in Kazakhstan.
"The last time I applauded when I heard about your proposal to develop 3G format. Today, I appeal to you to accelerate the issuance of a licence to introduce the 4G format in Kazakhstan," Nyberg said during his speech at the 25th meeting of the Foreign Investors Council in Astana.
