Turkey’s Turk Telekom's subsidiary - Argela company, the provider of new generation telecommunications solutions, has begun to cooperate with Azerbaijan’s Azercell Telecom in the technical monitoring of network operation, Azercell told Trend.
The Azerbaijani operator will use Argela's technological solutions in this sphere. This cooperation will allow ensuring more qualitative monitoring of the network and technical analysis of data to continuously improve the company's services.
Argela Network Performance Monitoring System allows the operators to reveal the problems in real-time that may arise anywhere in mobile communication networks and take quick and effective measures to eliminate them.
An innovative technological solution developed by Argela company ensures that any situation that may negatively affect the quality of voice communication and data transfer services offered by Azercell to its subscribers can be quickly identified, which speeds up the decision-making and response processes by improving the quality of the services.
