Azerbaijan and Georgia prepare for overhead postal exchange
According to the protocol signed between postal administrations of Azerbaijan and Georgia, an international postal exchange will start between the two countries from the second half of July, Trend reports with reference to Azerpocht JSC.
At first, the postal exchange will be realized twice a week, but in the future it is planned to carry out a daily exchange and implement transportation of transit post.
The schedule of operation has been appointed and is being agreed with customs service.
At the moment, Azerbaijan realizes overhead postal transportation only with Iran. The talks are also held with Russia with which a protocol of intentions was signed.
