The Turkmenaragatnashyk (Turkmen Communications) Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan has announced a prequalification process for a tender on several lots.
The prequalification process has been announced for the development of mobile network of the TM CELL operator in Ashgabat and in the Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary regions, for the expansion and modernization of the billing system and multiservice platform for the Ashgabat city telephone network and TM CELL, as well as for the development of FM broadcasting in Turkmenistan. Applications for the prequalification process are accepted until July 8, 2019.
The prequalification process has been also announced for the landline network expansion, upgrading the multiservice data transmission network (internet), and creation of a national center for the management and control over the radio frequency spectrum. Applications regarding these lots will be accepted until July 30, 2019.
