President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev does not participate in the III Forum of Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC), held in Astana on Thursday, KazTAG reports.
Complimentary speech of the Head of State was read to participants of the forum by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Marat Tazhin.
