At a briefing for the Kazakh media that the President held after the main part of the talks in Beijing, Nursultan Nazarbayev answered all the questions of journalists. On Tuesday the Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Kalmuhanbek Kasimov reported about detention of the only survivor after a case of emergency on the border guard outpost Vladislav Chelakh with commander's arm. According to the minister, the guard testified. On Wednesday Kazakh media reported unofficial information that Chelakh allegedly confessed to the murder of his colleagues.
