By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev appointed new ambassadors to Saudi Arabia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, the presidential press-service reported today.

Bakhit Batyrshayev was appointed to the post of ambassador to Saudi Arabia and permanent representative of Kazakhstan in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

Kazakh Ambassador to Canada Konstantin Zhigalov was appointed ambassador with concurrent accreditation to Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.

Meanwhile former Kazakh Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Bakhtiar Tasymov with concurrent accreditation to Kuwait and Bahrain was relieved of his post.
