BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 25. The individual entrepreneur decided to open a production unit of canned meat in Kuryk village of Kazakhstan's Mangystau region, Head of the regional branch of Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development Aliya Abdykalikova said, Trend reports via to Kazakh media.
Equipment for these purposes has already been prepared, she noted.
According to her, the issue of obtaining a certificate for manufactured finished products is currently being worked out.
"Meanwhile, all the equipment is installed and ready for launch. Horse meat and beef will be used as raw materials. The entrepreneur is going to sell finished products in 370 mg cans," Abdykalikova added.
The capacity of the mini-workshop will be 80,000 pieces of canned food per year and the entrepreneur already has potential customers, she also added.
