ASTANA, Kazakhstan, September 7. Chinese company Gepetto Oil Technology Co., Ltd. plans to build a plant for chemical reagents used in oil and gas fields in the Kyzylorda region of Kazakhstan, Trend reports.
This was stated during the meeting of the head of the executive power of the region, Nurlybek Nalibayev, with the head of Gepetto, Zeng Bin.
At the meeting, issues of introducing new technologies to increase oil production at irrigated and depleted wells by up to 20 percent, activities of the company in the region were worked out.
Nurlybek Nalibayev expressed readiness to support the use of innovative technologies for production in the region.
In turn, the head of the Gepetto company noted that with the help of high-tech methods, the company intends to increase oil production at depleted fields in the South Turgai basin.
