"NATO+ Kazakhstan" meeting to be held in Brussels in June
( Kazakhstan Today ) - Meeting "NATO+ Kazakhstan" will be held in Brussels presumably in June 2007. This became public during working negotiations of NATO international headquarters delegation with RK Defense Ministry representatives, reports KZ-today correspondent with reference to Defense Ministry press-service.
According to press-service information, during the working meeting the realization of "Individual action plan of Kazakhstan-NATO partnership" during the period from 31st of January, 2006, until now was discussed. "Parties have noticed step-by-step realization of scheduled tasks, positive dynamics of partnership development between Kazakhstan and NATO. NATO also has made specifications on scheduled actions", - explained in press-service.
Defense Ministry also reported that on results of negotiations vice-Minister of Defense Bolat Sembinov met NATO delegation. "Exchange of opinions on synchronization of "Individual action plan of Kazakhstan-NATO partnership" and "Analysis and planning process" program, preparation and equipping of "Kazbrig" and other practical questions of the partnership has taken place", - pointed out in press-service.
