BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 29. The profit of the Serdar enterprise for the reception, storage and shipment of petroleum products of the Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex located in the Balkan region in the west of Turkmenistan has been released, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
According to the information, the company's profit amounted to 11.4 million Turkmen manats ($3.2 million) from January through August 2022, the growth rate compared to the same period last year was 109 percent.
During this period, the volume of petroleum products sold exceeded 48,800 tons, which is 1,500 tons more than in the corresponding period last year.
Turkmenistan ranks among the world's leading countries in terms of oil and gas reserves. Its gas reserves have increased by 126 billion cubic meters as a result of the industrial development of recently discovered gas fields.
At the same time, the country pays great attention to creation of oil and gas processing plants, as well as the export of energy resources to world markets.
