ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, April 18. The 'BM Astrakhansteklo' glass jar factory located in the Astrakhan region of Russia intends to resume deliveries of its products to Turkmenistan by July this year, Trend reports.
According to official information, the company will produce more than 180 million units of conventional cans and bottles per year.
Currently, the enterprise is resuming its activities after an eight-year break, planning to receive the first products in 3–4 weeks.
Furthermore, in total, more than 500 million Russian rubles ($5.3 million) were invested in the project of this enterprise.
Meanwhile, 'BM Astrakhansteklo', specializing in the production of hollow glass products, was formed in May 2007 and produced more than 40 product names before ceasing its activities in 2016.
The development of cooperation between enterprises in Russia and Turkmenistan is a promising direction in the economic relations of the two countries.
