Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency to increase number of projects in Uzbekistan

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency and the Uzbek Ministry of Justice intend to significantly expand cooperation.

This has been recently discussed at the meeting with head of the representative office of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency in Uzbekistan Ali Ihsan Caglar at the Uzbek Ministry of Justice.

The sides reached an agreement on increasing the number of projects and programs.

At the meeting, Uzbek Deputy Minister of Justice Akbar Tashkulov stressed the importance of further expanding the activity of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency in Uzbekistan and bringing it to a new level. The sides stressed the importance of the rapid development and implementation of the corresponding action plan.

The Uzbek Ministry of Justice is open to dialogue and cooperation in all spheres.

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency has been operating in Uzbekistan since 1992. The agency implements the economic, trade, technical, educational, social and cultural programs, as well as a number of projects on mutually beneficial cooperation.

The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency implemented about 700 grant projects worth $23.6 million in Uzbekistan.
