BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 4. Uzbekistan exported fruits and vegetables worth $655 million from January through August 2022, which is an increase of $106.4 million compared to the same period last year, Trend reports via the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
In total, 1.10 million tons of fruits and vegetables were exported abroad.
During the reporting period, most of fruits and vegetables were exported to Kazakhstan in amount of 483,000 tons, followed by Russia (314,000 tons) and Kyrgyzstan (109,000 tons).
