Iran's electricity production has reached almost 196,000 GW of electricity
since the beginning of the year (Iran's solar year ends in March), ILNA reported.
So far this year about 186,000 Gw of power have been channelled to thermal units and more than 9000 Gw have gone to hydropower units.
The country's thermal units' production has decreased 42 percent compared to last year and hydropower units' production has increased to more than 15 percent.
