The new round of negotiations between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency will be held in Vienna on May 13 and 14, Iranian ambassador to IAEA Ali Asghar Soltanieh told IRNA.

Soltanieh said that for defining terms and framework to answer IAEA's questions about Iran's nuclear program, we decided to have a meeting at Iran's representation offices in International Organizations, including Iran's office in IAEA.

"Iran and IAEA had held some talks during the end months of last solar year (ended on March19), our position is clear and we want to expand the coopration with Agency. We had two rounds on talks in Tehran and three in Vienna," he said.

IAEA representatives had traveled two times to Tehran in January, without achieving any result, because Iran didn't allow them to visit Parchin military complex where IAEA General Secretary reported earlier that Iran probably is preparing to carry out a "suspended explosion test".

The six powers were concerned that two recent visits by senior IAEA officials to Iran had ended without an agreement on access to scientists, documents and sites, including Parchin, where nuclear warhead simulations allegedly took place.

Iran announed earlier that it's ready to allow IAEA to visit Parchin, but first, a framework should be defined.
