Two German economic delegations will visit Iran within less than next 20 days.
Iran's Deputy Oil Minister for International and Commerce Affairs Amir Hossein Zamaninia made the statement on the sidelines of a meeting between Nils Schmid, the deputy prime minister the German state of Baden-Wurttemberg, and Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh in Tehran, Iran's Shana news agency reported on September 6.
The visits aim to introduce capabilities of German companies, Zamaninia said, adding that Baden-Wurttemberg companies are projected to provide Iranian oil industries with 10 items of equipment.
They will also cooperate with Iranian partners in energy saving projects, he noted.
The Iranian oil minister said that Iranian and German companies can start negotiations in order to sign deals once sanctions against Iran are lifted.
