The main index of the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) has fallen by 190.7 points or 0.25 percent to 77,167.9 on Aug. 31, the TSE official website reported.
Over 505 million shares valued at about $38.44 million (1.2 trillion rials based on official rate of 31,200 rials per USD) were traded within 43,282 transactions.
Ghadir Investment Company, the Mobarakeh Steel Complex, and Iran Khodro had the biggest impact on the TSE index.
Meanwhile, National Iranian Copper Industries Co, Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company and Mobin Petrochemical Co were among the companies that imposed the highest positive effect on the index.
