The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for April 22:
Export floor: Offers 4,375 tons of bitumen and 800 kilograms of saffron.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 6,217 tons of polymers and chemicals.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 205 tons of copper wire, 3,000 tons of copper cathode, 20,000 tons of low-grade copper, 5,000 tons of rebar basket, 440 tons of rebar A3-10, 18,065 tons of iron beam and 500 tons of aluminium billet as well as 1,000 tons of 1000lb aluminium ingot, 140 tons of sulphur molybdenum and 12 tons of high precious metals concentrates.
Agriculture floor: Offers 707,000 day-oil chickens, 8,100 tons of sugar and 23,600 tons of colza as well as 27,000 tons of wheat, 2,700 tons of crude vegetable oil and 800 kilograms of saffron.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 2,024 tons of polyester thread.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
