Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan on Wednesday received Philip Leffort, the EU special representative for South Caucasus and crisis in Georgia, Tert.am.
Congratulating the newly-appointed diplomat, the president expressed hope that his rich experience and awareness of the South Caucasus region would promote the development of Armenia-EU relations.
According to a press release by the presidential office, Sargsyan also attached a major importance to bilateral collaboration and the EU assistance in the current reforms in Armenia.
