A regular event within the "NATO Week" will be held in Armenia on Nov.1-8, Mediamax reported.
The workshop on "Enhancing security: additional contribution to NATO's new partnership policy" will be held at the "Congress" Hotel on Nov.5-6 as a key event within "NATO Week". It will be attended by NATO senior officials, representatives of Armenian Defence and Foreign Ministries, political scientists and experts.
NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia, James Appathurai will attend the workshop.
A visit will be paid within the peacekeeping brigade of the Armenian Defence Ministry within "NATO Week". A teleconference will be held at the Foreign Ministry between Armenian peacekeepers, serving in Afghanistan and Kosovo and their families
It is also planned to visit the Crisis Management Centre of Rescue Service under Armenian Emergency Situations Ministry.
