President of Greece to arrive in Armenia

( A1Plus ) - Karolos Papoulias, the President of the Republic of Greece, will arrive in Armenia with his spouse June 26-28, on the invitation of RoA President Robert Kocharian.

The delegation headed by the President of Greece will comprise Deputy Foreign Minister Teodoros Kassimis, Deputy Defense Minister Ioannis Labropoulis and other other officials.

The two presidents will meet vis-а-vis June 26. Afterwards, the meeting will continue in an enlarged format. Robert Kocharian and Karolos Papoulias will give a joint press conference.

Karolos Papoulias will meet with the Speaker of the National Assembly Tigran Torosyan, Prime Minister Serge Sargsyan, the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II and representatives of the Greek community.

Karolos Papoulias will visit the memorial to the Armenian Genocide victims, the Matenadaran and Yerevan State University.

In the National Theater of Opera and Ballet after Alexander Spendiaryan the First Ladies of Armenia and Greece will listen to the concert of Greek singer E. Arvanitaki. The Greek delegation will leave Armenia on June 28.
