Georgia, Tbilisi, 19 August/ Trend , corr N. Kirtskhlia/ The Ministry of Defense of Georgia calls on Russia to immediately introduce the list of the prisoners of war from Georgia, Batu Kuteliya, first deputy defense minister of Georgia said to media.
Russia frequently releases reports that Georgia has undermined talks on exchange of prisoners of war, he said and described it as misinformation. " Georgia has repeatedly stated that it is ready to begin exchange of prisoners of war," Kuteliya said.
" Russia has introduced a list which is inaccurate. The list includes the names of those who have already been released," Kuteliya said and added that the list does not indicate the exact number of prisoners of war.
Georgia calls on Russia to make the list more accurate and to end manipulating this subject. Tbilisi also urges the international community to get involved in this process more actively,
