A meeting with representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Georgia has been held in the residence of Georgian billionaire Bidzina Ivanishvili today. It took about an hour. Ivanishvili announced about his political activity.
U.S. Ambassador John Bass, Czech Ambassador Ivan Estrab, as well as representatives of embassies of Great Britain, Ukraine, Turkey, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Hungary, Japan and the EU, the UN and the CE missions arrived to meet with Ivanishvili.
The leader of the U.S National Democratic Institute Luis Navarro attended the meeting.
The meeting was held behind closed doors. Afterwards, diplomats left the residence and refrained from comment.
