One of the biggest low-cost airlines in Europe, Irish-backed Ryanair is still considering the possibility of entering the Georgian market.
As Georgian media outlets reported on Monday, Deputy Chief Executive of the company Michael Cawley said at a conference in London that Ryanair considers Georgia and Israel as potential markets.
Cawley also said the reasons are that Georgia is attractive to the company.
"This is a country with very liberal economy and Hungarian Wizz Air already flies there," he said.
The low-cost airline's entry into the market of the country was at the initiative of the Georgian president. However, it was failed to materialise.
