Two explosions in a well-frequented market in western Baghdad have left at least 17 people dead, reported Iraqi news agency Sumeria News Thursday, citing security sources.
At least 60 further people were wounded, reported Sumeria, DPA reported.
The bombs exploded one right after the other just as the market was full of people doing their shopping before Friday, the Islamic day of prayer.
