An Iraqi woman was killed and four injured when rocket-propelled grenades fired from Syria fell on a border town in western Iraq, security officials said on Saturday, reported dpa.
The overnight shelling hit the Iraqi town of al-Qaim, across the border near the restive Syrian town of Albu Kamal.
The Iraqi government said in July that - unlike Syria's other neighbours - it could not take Syrians displaced by the violence at home, citing poor security conditions in Iraq.
