According to him, the first stage of the political co-existence between the Ukrainian President and the Government was not successful. Both parts tried to fight with each other instead to cooperate, Sivec noted adding that Ukraine got a conflict about NATO, the Foreign Minister but at the same time successful cooperation with the WTO in the parliament.
