The car bomb which killed three people and injured 15 more in Turkey's capital Ankara is a "vicious attack" for which "there can be no justification," NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said Tuesday.
"There can be no justification for such vicious attacks. NATO allies stand united in the fight against terrorism," Rasmussen said in a statement, dpa reported.
"I offer my sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of all those who died, and I wish a speedy recovery to those injured," he added.
Turkey is a member of NATO.
