Turkey sees decrease in export of electrical goods to Kazakhstan

Trend:

Export of electrical goods from Turkey to Kazakhstan decreased by 1.1 percent from January through May 2021, compared to the same period of last year and amounted to $26.4 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.

Turkey’s export of electrical goods to Kazakhstan decreased by 40.7 percent to $3.6 million in May 2021 compared to May 2020.

Turkey overall increased export of electrical goods by 46.7 percent up to $6.4 billion from January through May 2021 compared to the same period of last year.

The country exported electrical goods worth $1.1 billion in May 2021, which is by 65.5 percent more than in the same month of 2020.

Turkey’s export of electrical goods reached $12.8 billion over the past 12 months (May 2020 - May 2021).
