Arif Zaheed oghli Mammadov has been appointed a Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe (CE). The corresponding order on his appointment to this post has been signed by Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev today, on December 14. By another Presidential order, Mr. Mammadov was withdrawn from the post of Azerbaijan Ambassador to Benelux countries and EU.
The Azerbaijani President also signed an order on conferring Emin Yagub oghli Eyyubov with the Rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan and appointing him as the Head of the Representative Office of Azerbaijan to EU.
