A criminal case initiated by the Serious Crimes Prosecutor over the members of the Nida youth organization has revealed violations in the activities of this organization, and found that the founders of the structure as well as the Ol Organization are the same people.

The investigation revealed that the Ol organization has not passed the state registration in violation of the current legislation, failed to provide necessary reports on their activities to the appropriate government agencies and received funds from foreign organizations.

To investigate the legality of the activities of this organization and its establishment, purpose of the money spent and received from foreign organizations as well as determine other details, the Prosecutor General's Office on the basis of the relevant court decisions has taken materials and other documents relevant to the case from apartment 6 at 34 S.Vurgun street, where the organization was located. Then, based on a court decision, the Ministry of Finance started auditing for tax compliance and legality of the use of other revenues.

Investigative measures continue in the criminal case, and the results of the investigation will be made public.
