BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 25. The final declaration of the international thematic conference titled "Towards the Decolonization of Guadeloupe! Challenges and Prospects", which focused on Guadeloupe’s ongoing status under French colonial rule, has been adopted in Azerbaijan’s Baku, Trend reports.
