Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, Jan. 19/ Trend E. Hasanov/ The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan will buy a batch of drones in Izhevsk to use them "day and night during latent supervision and anti terror operations," the press release of "Pilot less systems" company (Zala Aero) says.
"Pilotless systems" company is famous on the international market under the name of "Aerosystems ala Aero" and is the only company in Russia and CIS countries. The Izhevsk enterprise has outrun its competitors from Israel and Great Britain, won the tender to supply a batch of ZALA 421-04М drones to Turkmenistan.
This ZALA 421-04М model was established at request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and proved itself positively in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Federal Security Service of Russia. Moreover, "drones" protected G8 summit held in Saint Petersburg, the World Hockey Championship in Moscow, held monitoring of motor ways during MAX-2007 air show, participated in a special operation against armed units in Neftekumsk. The company participates in different programs of Gazprom the second year running. So, monitoring of Gazprom oil and gas facilities was successfully held in 2007 in Siberia.
The Turkmen contract stipulates supplies of some pilot less aircrafts of plane type with changeable helpful functions: photo camera, colour video camera and infrared imager with lower hemisphere vision. The advantage of delivered technique is a noiseless regular maintenance-free electric motor. The onshore management station is equipped by modern transmit-receive antenna with automatically rotator.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan deals with equipping of its sub units by modern special technique under President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov's order after the incident in mid. September 2008 in Ashgabat. That time an armed group dealing with drugs was neutralized, the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan said.
