The scientific and theoretical conference on "Interrelation between cultures of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan" will be held in Tashkent on Oct.25, Azerbaijani Embassy told Trend.
The conference, which will be attended by leading scientists, public and state figures, art critics of the two countries, will be held at the Azerbaijani Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center.
Its organizers are the Institute of Architecture and Art of the Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Uzbek Academy of Arts and Azerbaijani Embassy in Uzbekistan.
Presentations on "Some parallels and intersections of classical music traditions of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan," "Spiritual ties of thinkers of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan," "History of Azerbaijani-Uzbek scientific relations by way of example of creative work of Hamid Arasli, Khalil Rza, Jannar Nagiyeva, Almaz Ulvi", "Azerbaijani theater in formation of music and theater arts of Uzbekistan"," Azerbaijani Diaspora in Uzbekistan and its role in the development of Azerbaijan-Uzbek relationship" will be made at the conference.
