A trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey was held in the Turkish city of Kars.

The meeting focused on energy projects realized at the initiative of Azerbaijan, as well as the factors hindering stability in the region, and the ways to solve problems.

Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, speaking after the meeting, said Ankara supports the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Cavusoglu also urged Armenia to respect the territorial integrity of its neighbors.

"We call on Armenia to respect the territorial integrity of its neighbors, which will allow it to take place among us," the Turkish minister said.

This statement by the Turkish minister presents opportunities for Armenia, the policy of which today is far from logic.

The Turkish FM indirectly recommended the Armenian authorities to stop the policy of aggression in the region, to liberate the occupied Azerbaijani lands and thus "improve" the situation of Armenians, who are in the grip of economic problems.

Given the geographic position of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, the joint energy projects being implemented by these countries are of global importance.

Armenia's aggressive policy is the main reason why this country today is isolated from these projects.

The Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP) project which is being implemented by Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey and the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline change the world's energy policy. Moreover, the three countries are jointly implementing the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project.

Armenia was left out of these projects. While Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey are implementing real projects, Armenia is dreaming about the recognition of the "Armenian genocide", annexation of Turkish lands and recognition by world countries of the separatist regime created in Azerbaijan's occupied territories.
